Actually, if you want to add wallpaper/theme you must download the file outside the app, cuz you cant use steam to add it directly.

and a question, How can I rip off(use) wallpapers from the steamworkshop? all the custom wallpapers are on steam, and have to legally own the Wallpaper Engine to use them. Any solutions?
